I was trying to get a shot of this bird silhouetted against the cloud http://themales.smugmug.com/Nature/Wildlife/16555532_5s4vy#1300407495_GQvTfMM-A-LB I was pretty happy with how that came out.
Then I lucked out and it decided to make the jump to the next tree. I decided to make it bw, but I'm still not sure if I like the dark sky or should keep the blue sky http://themales.smugmug.com/Nature/Wildlife/16555532_5s4vy#1300407573_2qJXTJT-A-LB
Let me know what you think. I've never had much luck photographing birds before. I guess I just need to be more patient!
